Our Shalom Young People Fellowship (SYPF) comprises those from the secondary level, Pre-U, Poly, and those in University who are moving into working life. We welcome all the youths and young people who visit Shalom Church to join us for our meetings and outings:

  • To encourage fellowship and bonding among young adults for mutual support in their Christian walk
  • To provoke one another in love and good works (active service) within the church (Heb 10:24)

Our Activities

Our activities include fortnightly meetings, bible studies, as well as occasional informal group outings and year-end camps!

Fortnightly Meetings

In our monthly meetings on Sunday afternoons, we would invite senior Christians from our midst to share and discuss topics that are relevant to our times and life experiences. Examples of topics include social media, coping with stress, time management, dating, and how to deal with worldly influences, to name a few.

Bible Studies

We also have regular monthly Bible studies on weekends afternoons or evenings (over Zoom).

Activities / Outings

Outings that we have ranged from impromptu meetings after Sunday worship for lunch, to more official outings where we venture to escape rooms, rock climbing walls, sports day and even laser tag!
